myTracks for iOS and macOS used to provide access to OpenCycleMap, a map style with focus on bicycle lanes. But this style is also popular for hiking because of the visualization of contour lines.
In the past the usage of OpenCycleMap was free of charge. But that has changed. Every app or web service provider has to pay for the usage of OpenCycleMap. To support OpenCycleMap in myTracks I would need to pay over 230€ / $250 each month. But myTracks is my hobby project. Yes, I earn some money with myTracks but it is still a hobby.
Therefore I decided to no longer support OpenCycleMap. At least at the moment. Maybe I will find a solution to support it again in the future. Sorry.

Um OpenCycleMap in myTracks zu unterstützen, müsste ich über 230€ / 250$ pro Monat zahlen. Aber myTracks ist mein Hobbyprojekt. Ja, ich verdiene etwas Geld mit myTracks, aber es ist immer noch ein Hobby.
Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, OpenCycleMap nicht mehr zu unterstützen. Zumindest im Moment. Vielleicht finde ich in Zukunft eine Lösung, um es wieder zu unterstützen. Entschuldigung.
